行政院公共工程委員會委託財團法人中華經濟研究院辦理115年度「重點國家建設政策與計畫研析及我國業者參與機會－菲律賓、越南」說明會

一、依據經濟部產業園區管理局115年9月14日經園投輔字第1150020512號函轉財團法人中華經濟研究院（下稱中經院）115年9月10日華經研字第1150003078號函辦理。

二、為協助我國業者持續掌握海外工程市場脈動，以及針對菲律賓與越南，深入剖析其重點建設政策與計畫項目及臺灣業者拓展機會等內容，特規劃辦理旨揭說明會。

Please be informed that the 2026 “Analysis of Key National Infrastructure Policies and Plans and Business Opportunities for Taiwanese Companies – Philippines and Vietnam” Seminar will be organized by the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER), commissioned by the Public Construction Commission, Executive Yuan.

The seminar will introduce key infrastructure policies and projects in the Philippines and Vietnam, as well as potential opportunities for Taiwanese companies. Faculty members and students who are interested are welcome to participate.

注意事項 Notes

1. 本次課程可供技師申請執業技師訓練積分，亦可供公務人員申請終身學習時數。如有申請積分或時數之需求，請於課程期間完成簽到、退，並提供身分證字號及完成課後滿意度問卷。
   
   The course may be recognized for professional engineer training credits and civil servant lifelong learning hours. Participants applying for credits/hours must complete the attendance check-in/out during the course, provide the required identification number, and complete the post-event satisfaction survey.
2. 主辦單位將於活動前一天以電子郵件寄發「報到通知」。
   A registration/attendance notice will be sent by email one day before the event.
3. 主辦單位保留變更活動時間、形式及議程之權利。
   The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, or agenda.
4. 中經院停車位有限，無法提供與會者停車服務，敬請見諒。
   Parking spaces are limited, and parking services cannot be provided for participants.
