本校「第31屆科林研發論文獎暨第5屆傑出科技獎學金」即日起至2026年9月15日（星期二）止受理申請
- 設置宗旨：科林研發股份有限公司（Lam Research，以下簡稱科林研發）為鼓勵國立陽明交通大學（以下簡稱本校）理、工、電機、資訊、國際半導體產業、光電、智慧科學暨綠能、產學創新研究等 8 個學院研究生從事半導體相關製程、技術、原理與材料之研究，提升我國在此領域之研發能力與水準，以培育優秀科技人才，特於本校設置論文獎暨傑出科技獎學金。
- 申請條件：
- 【論文獎】： 限本校理、工、電機、資訊、國際半導體產業、光電、智慧科學暨綠能、產學創新研究等 8 個學院之 博士班（115學年度）在學生或114學年度應屆畢業生（不含曾獲本獎項者）， 以博士班修業期間於國內外期刊、研討會發表之論文或博士學位論文擇一提出申請。
- 【傑出科技獎學金】： 限本校理、工、電機、資訊、國際半導體產業、產學創新研究、智慧科學暨綠能、光電等 8 個學院之 碩士（115學年度）二年級在學生（不含休退學）， 以預計於碩士班修業期間進行之研究計畫書提出申請。
- 本獎項採線上受理，請有意申請者於 2026年9月15日（星期二） 受理截止前，逕至「 科林研發論文獎暨傑出科技獎學金申請系統 」（ https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/lamresearch/#/login ）完成申請資料提交（須簽署之申請文件，務請親簽後掃描上傳），逾期恕不予受理。

NYCU 31th Lam Research Thesis Award and 5th Outstanding Science Scholarship will accept applications from now until September 15, 2026 (Tuesday)
- As follows: Lam Research Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lam Research) has established a thesis award and outstanding science scholarship at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (hereinafter referred to as the University) in order to encourage graduate students from eight colleges of science, engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, international semiconductor industry, optoelectronics, intelligent science and green energy, and industrial and academic innovation research to engage in research on semiconductor-related processes, technologies, principles and materials, and to enhance Taiwan's R&D capabilities and standards in this field in order to cultivate outstanding scientific and technological talents.
- Application conditions:
- 【Thesis Award】: Open only to doctoral students or 114 academic year recent graduates (excluding previous awardees of this award) from the 8 faculties of Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, International Semiconductor Technology, Photonics, Smart Science and Green Energy, and Industry-Academia Innovation Studies at our university. Applicants can submit one of their papers published in domestic or international journals or conferences or their doctoral thesis completed during their doctoral studies.
- 【Outstanding Science Scholarship】: Only for (115 academic year) second-year master's degree students (excluding those who have withdrawn or transferred) from eight colleges of science, engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, international semiconductor industry, industrial and academic innovation research, intelligent science and green energy, and optoelectronics.
- Online applications are accepted. Interested applicants should submit their application through the 「Lam Research Thesis Award and Outstanding Science Scholarship」 Application System ( https://spsys.ord.nycu.edu.tw/lamresearch/#/login ) by 2026/9/15. Late submissions will not be accepted. Applications must include signed documents, which should be signed, scanned, and uploaded.
